1) Establishment:
The Institute was established on 09/12/1993, upon issuance of the Ministerial Decree No. 1567. Later, the Management Information Systems Section was added, upon issuance of the Ministerial Decree No. 1705 in 11/12/2001.
2) Academic Degrees:
The Institute grants the following academic degrees:
• B. Sc Degree in Optics Technology.
• B. Sc Degree in Management Information Systems.
3) Society of Affiliation:
The Institute is affiliated to the Helipolois Nozha Cultural Society (HNCS).
